ThinKro Travel is not the direct provider of the tourist services that you contract through our platform, ThinKro Travel, acts only as an intermediary between you (the client) and the (providers) so it is not directly or indirectly obliged to carry out the tourist service. When you contract a service through our website, you are entering into a contract directly with the final provider of the services.
The conditions described in this agreement are of a general nature and apply to the intermediation services offered by ThinKro Travel and under no circumstances do they modify or replace the legally established limitations, or the special conditions that each provider establishes under their particular or specific conditions.
Read these conditions carefully before booking, ThinKro Travel is not responsible if you do not take into account the aforementioned.
- ThinKro Travel is not responsible for the risks that the chosen destination presents for you or the people who travel with you, ThinKro Travel declines any responsibility related to your health or integrity.
- ThinKro Travel is not responsible for events derived from any situation completely alien to the parties and that prevents the development of the tasks agreed in the contract, including weather events, natural events, pandemics, epidemics, pauses, strikes, among others that may occur before or during the provision of the contracted tourist services, and may affect the planned itineraries. If as a consequence of the aforementioned events the providers apply penalties, ThinKro Travel has no interference over them and will depend entirely on the final provider that executes the tourist services.
- ThinKro Travel reserves the right to deny you access to our website, as well as the provision of any tourist service if the violation or misuse of our terms and conditions is determined.
- Industrial and intellectual property rights.
The user acknowledges and accepts that all the designs, graphic and word content or any other element of industrial and / or commercial use of this website, both computerized, technological and visual or all as a whole are backed by the industrial and intellectual property rights of ThinKro Travel or of the companies or people that appear as their title authors, having the right to use, copy or distribute them and / or take legal action against those who violate the rules established under the aforementioned rights.
By accepting our terms and conditions, you accept that the information and content on this website is the property of ThinKro Travel, limiting itself to certain elements such as availability, images provided directly by hotels, and the price of travel services, acknowledging that ThinKro Travel acts as an intermediary between the providers of tourist goods or services and their clients.
- Forbidden activities.
While our terms recognize that the client may make copies of their travel itineraries and other documents related to their reservation on a limited basis, it also prohibits their modification and distribution or sale of any information obtained through the use of our website, as be it services, products or relevant information about the technology we use.
- Using our website and its content together for commercial purposes, as well as making illegitimate reservations and using our technology without permission, is prohibited.
- It is prohibited to make external links on any other website, including our travel search engine, advertising banners, among others, without the required permission, as well as to incorporate part or all or any element of our site on third-party pages without the authorization of ThinKro Travel.
- ThinKro Travel reserves the right to cancel any reservation associated with your account upon detection of fraud, abuse or suspicious illegal activities. Upon the determination of any fraudulent activity, ThinKro Travel may file legal actions against you for which you will be responsible for covering any cost for legal services, as well as compensation for damages caused.
- ThinKro Travel may limit your access to your user account if it determines any violation of our terms and conditions, you may object to the closure of your account or cancellation of a reservation, contact ThinKro Travel customer service center.
- Dispute resolution.
Through the following user agreement, the client agrees to give ThinKro Travel the opportunity to resolve any problem or claim that may occur in relation to the services offered by ThinKro Travel or its suppliers, as well as issues that are binding on our legal notice or privacy policies.
ThinKro Travel limits its liability in those services in which it acts only as an intermediary.

- Payment methods.
On travel.thinkronizing.online you can pay by credit or debit cards, we accept (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS).
All charges will be made in US dollars USD, and will appear on your account statement as ThinKro Travel.
ThinKro Travel, is associated with Stripe to provide billing and payment processing, for this reason the client may receive emails directly from Stripe, these emails are related to the payment receipts made through our online platform.
The website travel.thinkronizing.online has a security certificate and all payments are made through a secure gateway where the information is protected.
Some services or products offered on the website travel.thinkronizing.online are provided by external providers, in such cases the charges on your credit or debit cards are made directly through their payment gateways. We suggest you know the privacy policies of these external companies.
ThinKro Travel uses automated systems throughout the reservation process, the client understands that if a request is confirmed the system will be able to charge the offered rate from the credit or debit card provided automatically, ThinKro Travel reserves the right to charge the reservation values within 72 hours after the request, in case the transaction is not collected immediately.
The client accepts that he will not be able to make a revocation of payments in his bank once the reservation is confirmed, if the client voluntarily authorizes the transaction and later denies having done so, ThinKro Travel reserves the right to provide all the required information to its bank as well as to its merchant service provider Stripe, in addition to the authorities involved in the process.
- Refund policy.
ThinKro Travel will process refunds for qualifying reservations using the same payment method with which the reservation is guaranteed.
ThinKro Travel establishes a term of 5 to 7 working days to process the refundable values to credit or debit cards. Take into account that ThinKro Travel does not determine the times in which your bank will credit these values to your account. Once your refund is processed, you will be notified via email that the funds have been released.
Types of refunds:
FULL REFUNDS: ThinKro Travel processes full refunds of qualifying reservations and that do not incur penalties both by ThinKro Travel and by the final providers of the tourist services. Take into account that ThinKro Travel reserves the right to charge a fee for intermediation services or management expenses even if the final provider does not apply any penalty.
PARTIAL REFUNDS: ThinKro Travel processes partial refunds as long as the specific policies and conditions of your reservation indicate that it is subject to penalties for cancellation or no show, as well as ThinKro Travel management expenses, in this case the amount to be refunded is the difference between the value paid and the penalty applied.
NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS: ThinKro Travel will not make a refund for those reservations that are determined to be non-refundable, read carefully before booking the policies that describe the purchase process, by accepting them you give your consent for ThinKro Travel to act in accordance with these conditions. The non-refundable rate policies will be applied regardless of the conditions beyond the control of the client, taking into account the specific conditions and travel advisories of the chosen destination before confirming a non-refundable reservation. In cases of force majeure ThinKro Travel will do everything possible to manage the best agreement for the client, however this management does not determine a guarantee that the result will be the most convenient for the client, the final provider of the tourist service will be the one who determines the resolution of the case.

- General conditions on reservations.
Product: Hotels
ThinKro Travel makes available to users who access its web platform travel.thinkronizing.online the option to reserve more than 1.500,000 properties around the world, the hiring of these accommodations are provided by hotel centers, hotel chains and direct online distribution providers from bed inventory, all the information related to each accommodation, the rates offered and the availability depend directly on these external companies, ThinKro Travel acts only as an intermediary between the accommodation providers and the clients.
Through our terms and conditions, the client acknowledges that ThinKro Travel by virtue of this agreement previously negotiates certain rooms with hotel suppliers or distributors and that this service is provided by ThinKro Travel facilitating connectivity with hotel accommodations in real time, and having in exchange an acquisition for said management, the charges or fee established by ThinKro Travel are included in the final price shown in the results that our online search engine produces.
General conditions on hiring hotels through ThinKro Travel
- The client accepts that the charge made corresponds to the value offered in the reservation summary and that these charges are legitimate and authorized by the client in accordance with the chosen tourist product.
- The client accepts that, in the summary of his reservation, extra values may appear related to the % charged for the use of debit or credit cards.
- The client acknowledges that the requested reservation corresponds to his search criteria and the results shown are adjusted to his travel needs.
- The client accepts through these terms that it is their entire responsibility to choose the selected accommodation, the client must ensure that the selected hotel meets their perspectives and travel needs.
- The client accepts that ThinKro Travel is not responsible for the geographical location of the establishments, the client must ensure that the selected property is located exactly in the chosen place and close to the points of interest of their trips, ThinKro Travel is not responsible for discrepancies between the physical address of the hotel and external sites of interest to the client.
- The client understands that they must pay, in the cases that require so, the additional fees associated with the property for hire such as (Resort fee, local taxes, environmental taxes, cleaning services, parking, extra charges for room services, personal expenses, etc.).
- The client acknowledges that after making his reservation, making any change or cancellation will incur management and / or cancellation expenses according to the hotel and ThinKro Travel policy, these charges are reflected in the search results and in the reservation summary, by accepting our terms and conditions, you are accepting the modification and cancellation policies that are adjusted to your reservation, if you do not agree, you should not finalize your reservation and you have the right to refrain from completing your reservation and close the online search engine of ThinKro Travel, take into account that if you do not accept our terms and conditions, you will not be able to use our website or make reservations on it. (Consult them in the expenses section in our terms and conditions).
- The client acknowledges that ThinKro Travel and its associated agencies reserve the right to cancel a reservation if it is paid with cards in the name of third parties not related to the reservation. As a preventive measure, ThinKro Travel may require additional verification and / or signed authorization from the cardholder accepting that the charges made are legitimate and authenticating their acceptance that the reservation is completed. ThinKro Travel may cancel a reservation if it determines that there is the possibility of electronic fraud and that the reservation in question is a financial risk for the company, thus declining its responsibility in relation to additional expenses that the client may incur.
- The client understands and accepts that ThinKro Travel and its associated agencies act as tourist intermediaries for hotel chains, hotel centers and accommodation providers and is not responsible for the specific conditions of each accommodation, the client must notify the establishment of any situation related to the conditions of the assigned room as well as the general areas of the hotel, and / or the services offered by the establishment. It is important that in order to make any claim, the client can have proof of the deficient conditions for which they are making their claim, and they must provide those proofs, as well as documents signed by the hotel that guarantee that the incident was communicated to those in charge of the property.
- All reservations must be made with the exact names of the guest, nicknames or pseudonyms will not be accepted, the name that appears on the reservation must appear as it appears in the travel document, (passport, identification and / or driver's license), once that the reservation is confirmed, any change or correction will be subject to the penalties of the hotels and the accommodation providers, ThinKro Travel is not responsible for these errors and will not assume expenses for corrections requested by the clients.
Check-in requirements:
- Confirmation voucher of your reservation issued by ThinKro Travel in the name of the client that appears in the reservation. (Name changes are not accepted).
- Valid identification.
- Credit or debit card to pay the security deposit required by the hotel at check-in.
Rates offered for accommodation reservations.
The rates offered are calculated based on each night of accommodation, the hours established for check-in or check-out are determined directly by each hotel and depends on the chosen destination. Customers must adjust to the specific conditions of each property in terms of the scheduled times for registration, the hotel has established the hours included for check-in and check-out, take into account that arriving at the hotel after those hours could result in being considered a no show and your reservation will incur in cancellation fees, in the same way not complying with the hotel departure time could incur additional costs to the client, ThinKro Travel declines all responsibility if the client does not comply with the conditions of the reserved property.
Types of Rates:
Some hotels offer a refundable rate (usually more expensive with free cancellation or fees) and non-refundable rates (usually cheaper or as part of a seasonal promotion or pre-sale, these rates may apply other restrictions).
When a hotel offers a non-refundable rate, it means that it does not allow changes or modifications from the moment the reservation is finalized and 100% of the amount paid will be charged without the right to any refund. On the other hand, if a rate is refundable, it can be canceled and / or modified according to the established terms, penalties may apply (you may find them in our terms and conditions under the expenses section).
Room types
The hotels determine the specific capacity of clients per room, based on this policy ThinKro Travel shows in its results the rate related to the number of people requested per room as long as it is allowed by the hotel establishment.
Depending on its search characteristics, the search engine will show the results of rooms (single, double, triple, quadruple and rooms with multiple accommodation.) This organization will be based on the number of adults and children per room as well as the ages understood by each establishment that determine that a person can be considered as a minor, as a general rule, most hotels establish that the maximum age of a minor is 12 years of age.
Overbooking
The availability of the hotels that ThinKro Travel offers is updated directly by the suppliers and the hotel centers connected by XML technology to our reservation system and through electronic distribution channels, however, in some cases the hotels implement a well-known practice such as overbooking. Overbooking can be caused by human errors and / or failures in the reservation systems, in such situations in which the establishment cannot comply with the conditions of the contracted reservations, they must provide alternatives to the client, these options may be to relocate them to another property of equal or superior category, ThinKro Travel will not have responsibility for these events. In the event of such incidents, we suggest that you immediately contact our customer service center by calling 1 (800) 000-0000.
Early departure from the hotel
Depending on the policy of the hotel contracted, it will be determined for cases in which the client makes early departure from the establishment, ThinKro Travel will not be able to determine in a preliminary way the specific penalty policy for each reservation, this determination will be based in a particular manner for each case, attributing to the hotel's responsibility to define its policy in such situations. The partial refund of the unused stay will depend on what the hotel establishes and the cancellation policy shown in the reservation process.
Cancellation policy for hotel reservations
- Cancellation policies depend directly on each hotel and are shown in the search results and in the summary of your reservation before making the payment and confirming your reservation, read them carefully before completing your reservation. ThinKro Travel will strictly abide by the policy established in your reservation.
- ThinKro Travel may cancel reservations with overdue payment in cases where the client has selected the option to pay later and the time limit expires, it is the client's responsibility to pay their reservations on time to avoid cancellations due to non-payment, ThinKro Travel will not be responsible for price changes if you try to make a new reservation.
- If ThinKro Travel determines that you have made several reservations under the same name and they have not been paid, we will proceed to cancel them immediately to ensure proper functioning of our website and avoid penalties from hotels for poor reservation practices, this may lead to a closure of your account on ThinKro Travel.
Hotel reservation modification policy
- As a general rule, hotels do not allow modifications to confirmed reservations, the most common policy used in these cases is to cancel the previous reservation and take a new one that includes the requested adjustments.
- In such cases that the hotel allows adjustments to your reservation, the additional expenses that may be incurred will be determined.
- All changes are subject to availability and prices at the time of modification. ThinKro Travel will not be responsible if changes or modifications cannot be made due to the policies established by the hotel or due to no availability as well as changes in rates.
Involuntary and voluntary changes to hotel reservations
Involuntary changes include, modifications made by the hotels beyond the client's will, for example (closures of the establishment due to weather conditions, strikes, stops, etc.), ThinKro Travel is not responsible for changes originated by the hotels, clients should directly contact the administration of the accommodation to know the possible solutions that they will offer and the respective compensations.
ThinKro Travel may mediate to seek reasonable agreements between the hotels and the clients, any change that is notified by the establishments will be informed to the client by email or by telephone, make sure to provide us with your correct contact information. We recommend you check the status of your reservation 24 hours before your arrival. ThinKro Travel is not responsible for last minute changes.
- ThinKro Travel does not change or modify reservations without the consent of the traveler, any modification to your reservation must be made directly by the owner of the reservation by entering your user profile or by calling our main office or associates.
- All changes are subject to availability and authorization from the hotels.
- ThinKro Travel reserves the right to charge a management fee for changes to your reservations (consult with them).
Hotel reservation "No show"
It is considered a no show not to show up at the hotel and not have notified about possible changes in your reservation.
Hotel policies establish that if you do not arrive at the accommodation on time, you do not check-in at the established time, you are not allowed to enter the country, or your identification documents are not in order (passport, ID and / or driver's license), your reservation will be considered a no show, your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged the established expenses (consult them), we recommend that you contact the hotel in the event of any unforeseen event that may occur (flight cancellations or delays, force majeure, etc.). ThinKro Travel is not responsible for refunds required by customers for some of the aforementioned factors, it is the customer's responsibility to comply with the terms and conditions of the reservation contract.
The client must take into account that ThinKro Travel and the establishments act indistinctly to the airlines, train lines, cruise ships, car rentals and other means of transport, any delay that prevents the client from arriving to register at the established time is completely their responsibility and It must be communicated to the hotel or to our reservation center.
The client understands that not showing up to register at the hotel and / or not communicating or requesting a change to our reservation center will incur a penalty of 100% of the amount paid. (No refunds will be issued).
Product: Car rentals
- The client accepts that the charge made corresponds to the value offered in the reservation summary and that these charges are legitimate and authorized by the client in accordance with the chosen tourist product.
- The client accepts that in the summary of his reservation additional values may appear related to the percentage (%) charged for the use of debit or credit cards (processing fees).
- The client acknowledges that the requested reservation corresponds to his search criteria and the results shown are adjusted to his travel needs.
- The client accepts through these terms that the car rental companies do not guarantee a particular car model, only the category of the reserved vehicle is guaranteed. The image that appears in the search results and in the confirmation voucher are for illustrative purposes only according to the selected category.
- The client understands that he must directly pay the values for the mandatory liability insurance in the event that his rental contract indicates that it does not include it.
- The client acknowledges that after making his reservation, making any change or cancellation will incur management and cancellation expenses (see them in the expenses section in our terms and conditions).
- The client acknowledges that ThinKro Travel and its associated agencies reserve the right to cancel a reservation if it is paid with cards in the name of third parties not related to the reservation.
- The client understands and accepts that ThinKro Travel and its associated agencies act as tourist intermediaries and that they are not responsible for the technical conditions of the cars, the client must inspect the car at the time of pick up and report any failure to the rental office.
- All reservations must be made with the exact name of the main driver or additional drivers, nicknames or pseudonyms will not be accepted, the name that appears on the reservation must be as it appears in the travel document, (passport, identification and driver's license), Once the reservation is confirmed, any change or correction will be subject to the penalties of the car rental companies, ThinKro Travel is not responsible for these errors and will not assume expenses for corrections requested by the drivers.
To pick up the reserved vehicle, you must present the following documents at the rental point and meet the following requirements:
- Confirmation voucher of your reservation issued by ThinKro Travel with the name of the main driver. (Name changes are not accepted).
- Valid driver license.
- Meet the minimum driving age (21 years of age or older).
Rates offered for car rental
The rates offered are calculated based on each 24-hour rental day from the moment the vehicle is picked up, the car must be dropped off at the same time it is picked up. The rental companies reserve the right to apply extra charges for failing to return the vehicle at the established time, if the client decides to return the vehicle before the time established in their contract, no value will be reimbursed.
Rate categories:
Some rental companies offer the same car category at a refundable rate (generally more expensive with the ability to cancel for free or with charges) and non-refundable rates (generally cheaper or as part of a promotion or seasonal presale, these rates may apply other restrictions).
When a rental company offers a non-refundable rate, it means that it does not allow changes or modifications from the moment the reservation concludes and 100% of the rental value will be charged without the right to any refund. On the other hand, if a rate is refundable, it can be canceled or modified according to the established terms, penalties may apply (see them in the expenses section in our terms and conditions).
Airport fees
Some airports charge a tax fee for the use of their facilities when the rental companies use these spaces, these extra charges depend on each destination. This charge will be processed directly by the rental company.
Cuba: Cuban airports charge a tax of 20.00 USD whenever a car is dropped off or returned within their facilities.
Additional drivers
It is allowed to add additional drivers, when picking up the vehicle all drivers must be present for the signing of the rental contract, each driver must present the required current documentation.
The charges vary by rental companies and destinations:
Cuba: charges applicable to additional drivers.
- Cubacar - Havanautos: 3.00 USD per rental day per additional driver.
- Via Rent a Car: 30.00 USD total for each additional driver.
- Rex: 10.00 USD total for each additional driver.
Security deposit - Daily liability insurance
The client must pay a security deposit for specific damages to the vehicle not covered in the liability relief insurance, this deposit will depend on the category of the vehicle as well as the destination. The guarantee is refundable as long as the client fully complies with the terms established in the rental contract.
Cuba: applicable fees for security deposits.
- Category Economy: 150.00 -200 USD
- Category 4x4: 150.00 USD
- Category Medium: 200.00 USD
- Category Medium Plus: 250.00 USD
- Category SUV: 200.00 USD
- Category Premium: 250.00 USD
- Category Luxury: 450.00 USD
- Category Van: 250.00 USD
You must pay a mandatory liability insurance for damage to the vehicle, check directly with the rental company at the time of pickup for the coverage details in each case. This charge varies depending on the category of the rented car, these values are not refundable.
Some providers already include this value in their rental conditions, be sure to confirm before proceeding to reserve. If the provider you chose does not include this insurance in its prices, you will have to pay for this service when picking up the vehicle:

- Category Economy: 10.00 USD daily
- Category 4x4: 15.00 USD daily
- Category Medium: 15.00 USD daily

Rental company fuel policies
The policy of most rental companies establishes that the vehicle will be released with a full tank of fuel and will be charged to the client at the time of return according to the current price, the rental contract establishes the type of fuel that must used and the specific conditions, the client must return the car with the tank semi-empty, no value will be reimbursed for the unused fuel, the client must verify the filling capacity at the time of receiving the car. ThinKro Travel is not responsible for any discrepancy between the lessor and the client in this matter.
Car rental overbooking
The availability of cars that ThinKro Travel offers is updated directly by suppliers and rental companies through the reservation system and through electronic distribution channels, however, in some cases the rental companies implement a practice well known as overbooking. Overbooking can be caused by human errors and / or failures in the reservation systems, in such situations in which the rental companies cannot comply with the conditions of the contracted reservations, they must provide alternatives to the client, ThinKro Travel will not be responsible for these events. In the event of such incidents, we suggest that you immediately contact our customer service center by calling 1 (800) 000-0000.
Cancellation policy for car rentals in Cuba
- If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of confirmation and at least 7 days before the rental start time, all funds will be refunded, except a cancellation fee of $100.00 USD and a card processing fee of 3% of the total amount paid.
- If the reservation is canceled 4-7 days before the rental start time, all funds will be refunded, except a cancellation fee of $150.00 USD and a card processing fee of 3% on the total value paid.
- If the reservation is canceled between 1-4 day(s) before the rental start time, all funds will be refunded, except a cancellation fee of $200.00 USD and a card processing fee of 3% on the total value paid.
- If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the start of the rental, or you do not show up to pick up the rented car, no value will be refunded and the reservation will be taken as a no show.
Policy of car changes in Cuba
- You can request changes and modifications to your reservation between 24 hours of confirmation and at least 3 days before the rental start time, an administrative fee of $ 50.00 USD will be charged.
- All changes and modifications are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless the rental company approves the requests.
Involuntary and voluntary car rental changes

ThinKro Travel may mediate to seek reasonable agreements between the renters and the clients, any change that is notified by the renters will be informed to the client by email or by telephone, make sure to provide us with your current and correct contact information. We recommend you check the status of your reservation 24 hours before your arrival. ThinKro Travel is not responsible for last minute changes.
- ThinKro Travel does not change reservations without the consent of the traveler, any modification to your reservation must be made directly by the owner of the reservation by entering your user profile or by calling our main office or associates.
- All changes are subject to the availability and authorization of the renters.

Car rental "No Show"
It is considered a no show when you do not show up at the rental point and have not notified the rental company about possible changes in your reservation.
The policies of the rental companies establish that, if you do not arrive at the rental point on time, you do not pick up your car on the indicated day, you are not allowed to enter the country, or your identification documents are not in order (passport, ID and / or driver's license), your reservation will be considered a no show, your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged the established expenses (consult them), we recommend that you contact the rental company in the event of any unforeseen event that may occur (flight cancellations or delays, force events major, etc.). ThinKro Travel is not responsible for refunds required by customers for some of the aforementioned factors, it is the customer's responsibility to comply with the terms and conditions of the reservation contract.
The client must take into account that ThinKro Travel and the car rental companies act indistinctly to the airlines, train lines, cruises and other means of transport, any delay that prevents the client from arriving to pick up their car at the established time is completely their responsibility and must be communicated to the rental office or our reservation center.
The client understands that not showing up to pick up the car on the day and time established and / or not communicating or requesting a change from the rental company or our reservation center will incur a penalty of 100% of the value paid. (No refund is made).
Car returns
The prices offered by ThinKro Travel establish that the vehicle is returned at the same branch that it was collected, if the client decides to deliver his car at any other branch or another province, he must pay the drop off charges directly to the rental company.
